We are so proud of Angus, puppy #3 from our first litter, Sandstone’s TNTanaki V Acostar.
He started his show career this month at the PWDCA National Specialty in Ventura CA and got 4th in the 9-12 month puppy class under Mrs. Carla Molinari, handled by Lyn Martin.
This past week-end at the Lower Mainland Dog Show there were 22 Pwd’s in competition which is a huge entry with both Canadian and American dogs in attendance. Angus did extremely well. On the first day in the Working/Herding specialty he went Best Puppy, Best of Winners and Best opposite Sex for his first 4 points. The next day Angus went Best Puppy and Reserve Winners Dog. On the third day of showing he went Best Puppy, and Best of Winners for an additional 5 points and in the puppy group ring he was in the final four. On the last day he went Best Puppy yet again and Reserve Winners Dog. So he earned 9 points in his first Canadian show and his owner tells us he shows his heart out and is a true showman just like his dad.
